TrainingWe built our company on skilled machinists. We made this a priority. Some of our personnel have been trained in Switzerland on Tornos Swiss style screw machines. We realized the need for training and developed an in-house training program. Our employees are required to achieve a perfect score on written exams as well as practical tests before proceeding to the next level. This ensures training of the highest degree to all employees. That is the SPM difference.
