Swiss Precision Machining, Inc. is picking up the production pace as we are expanding. Listed below are positions which currently need to be filled.
Manufacturing/Application Engineer: Aggressive,energetic individual responsible for cost estimating, tooling specifications, CNC programming, production troubleshooting and layout documentation of Swiss-Style Turning Centers. AutoCAD, Solid Works experience, good computer skills and a good knowledge of Swiss-Style Turning Centers highly desired. A plus if you are familiar with Citizens and Star Machines.
Quality Control Inspector: Must have ISO knowledge, Familiar with Gage Calibration, proficient in instrument usage Micrometer, Caliper, Plug or Pin Gages, etc..., SPC, Capability Studies, PPAP's, CMMS, Vision Systems and good computer skills.
Shipping/Receiving: Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word, able to lift 40 - 70 pounds, prepare and check invoices, determine freight carrier, drive Forklift, bills of lading and other duties associated with Shipping/Receiving.
CNC Machine Operator Weekdays & Weekends: CNC Screw Machines, familiarity with Stars, Citizens and other Turning Centers a plus, familiar with machine adjustments, able to read and interpret blueprints, SPC capable, maintenance of equipment, etc.
Tool Crib Attendant: Experience a MUST. Monitor Tool Crib Inventory. Issue tools, record issues and returns. Good computer skills, micrometer, caliper and blueprint reading required. Familiarity with small precision parts. Must have good orginizational skills. A plus if you have machining experience.
